program is individualized to your needs and your schedule. Best of all, we come
to you, which makes it easier for you. No traveling to the gym when the “gym”
is right in your own home. No expensive exercise equipment is used in any of
our routines.

Kick-boxing routines combine martial arts, self
defense, and heart pumping cardio. It’s an everyday abs workout! Kick-boxing is
a fantastic exercise for developing overall health and fitness. If it’s the
washboard abs you want, it’s kick-boxing you need! No more Crunches or sit ups.
“STRIDE” stands for; Strength-Toning Real Intense Dance
Exercise which is choreographed to hip hop rhythm music. Created by world known
fitness instructor: Shaun “T”. “STRIDE” is a group
exercise class that incorporates a combination of toning and dance exercises
that have proven to be an effective way of improving cardiovascular systems and
strengthening muscles. The purpose of “STRIDE” training is to
fuse cardio dance with body weighted toning exercises so that participants can
build cardiovascular endurance and shape their bodies without weights or
equipment. Participants will not only get the joy of completing a dance routine
but they will feel pumped and lean at the completion of the training.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance exercise class that incorporates
Latin and international music and dance movements, fused into a dynamic,
exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness system. A Zumba class is known as
a Zumba Fitness Party! Zumba burns 500-800 calories in 1
hour of exercise. Zumba is a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning
benefits.

Each total fitness program Includes: Your own personal coach/trainer,
customized fitness training program, detailed exercise descriptions and videos.
You will have your own progress journal and tracking charts, constant support
and motivation! Our program includes two 1hour phone calls a week, and
unlimited e-mails. We will Support and Motivate you through your exercise plan,
and help you reach your personalized fitness Goals.
