TLS SHAPE UP PROGRAM:
Do
you have a child or children whom you are concerned about with regard
to their weigh, self esteem and overall well being? The Tls Shape Up
program is for them. Children between the ages of 11-17 are losing
weight, changing their lifestyle habits and changing their lives.
The
TLS programs are based on a 12 week educational format that encompasses
Healthy Eating; Behavior Modification; and Body Composition. This is
not a diet but a lifestyle to help get you and your family on the road
to health.
Individualized Program:
Everyone is an individual and there is no one program that fits all needs. Depending on what you want to work on and what your health challenges are will determine the course of action we take together.
